According to recent research by Gallup in the US, the number of staff feeling actively engaged has dropped for the first time in over 10 years. Its latest survey shows that only around a third of employees are feeling actively engaged in their work.

In fact a poll by YouGov with Microsoft found over half of workers would think about leaving their job if they had to come into an office full time again.
