For our prestigious client leader in paper industry we are looking for Business Support System Specialist (SAP).
What you will do:
- Develop domain knowledge to best serve the development Teams, Service Delivery Teams and the Business.
- Provide subject matter/process guidance and expertise where required.
- Provide first and second level support for applications used in the company.
- Handle and solve problems within the SAP S4 system. Ensure right FIORI functionality.
- Ensure and promote continuous improvement for source to pay processes as well as SAP (S4) knowledge within the regional team.
- Provide system support for migration of procure to pay processes.
- Create and update internal procedures related to tasks.
- Assist STP Process & Solutions Development Leads on Biochemicals projects, new business definition and implementation by providing regular feedback and transparent results.
- Support in some business related tasks in the sourcing & procurement area.
- Participate in internal projects.
- Enhance end-user experience and maintain data & systems.
- Communicate and co-operate proactively and independently in own responsibility area with other organizations and teams.
Who you are:
- You have at least a Master's degree or other relevant professional qualification preferably in Business & Administration with focus on Supply Chain Management and/or Project Management.
- You have at least two years of work experience (e.g. Key User, user) with the SAPsystem, MM, FI, CO modules.
- You gave good understanding of the SAP system configuration.
- You have at least 2 years of practical experience in a multinational supply chain organization with a strong focus on process, systems, tools and performance management.
- You have good knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) applications.
- You are fluent in English. Additional language is an asset.
- Master Data management and/or system experience is considered as an asset.
- Knowledge of FIORI is considered as an asset.
- You are able to think analytically and see processes end-to-end.
- You have experience in working in a share services center, within complex, multi-processes environment is of advantage.
