Customer Service Coordinator is the internal member of the sales team to a specified market area. The role includes a wide range of customer interface activities including order management and solution finding as well as customer interaction about products, logistics and sales conditions. As part of the best customer interface team in our industry, Customer Service Coordinator applies the company sales policies to offer an optimum customer experience in accordance with the proactive customer service concept.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management as defined by sales management and supported by internal systems to ensure smooth customer service
• Order handling
• Order Management - progression and communication of orders to all necessary parties, proactive intervention in process disturbance situations.
• Complaint Handling - entry and progression of claims, customer interface and internal coordination
• Enquiry handling related to pricing, products and supply chain
• Technical Advice - including product recommendations, organizing samples, trials, technical documents and brochures and having a basic understanding of printing methods.
• Sales support - including information retrieval and analysis, pricing support
• Proactive activities including product promotion, sample reel and price offer follow-ups, etc.

Skills

• advanced level of French
• advanced level of English
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Proactive approach including an interest in actively recommending products and services adapted to the customers' specific needs
• Focuses on Customer needs and satisfaction
• Can adapt to different type of customers
