For our prestigious client leader in automotive industry (new EMEA Shared Service Center), we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with Czech language.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders with a strong focus on service excellence,
• Support customers with questions on price, availability, basic technical questions,
• Inform customers on the launch of new products and prices, product cancellations and replacements,
• Set up new customers in the system and manage parameters for electronic ordering,
• Follow up logistics and price claims,
• Process credit/debit notes,
• Initiate price requests, campaign requests, price complaints and give feedback to Sales Team and Customers,
• Follow up payment issues,
• Provide monthly sales figures for customers,
• Support Sales Team with order/sales reporting/administration.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and experience,
• Linguistic skills: Polish, English and Czech - mandatory,
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of quality.
• Good communicator and team worker,
• Customer focused,
• Ability to work and collaborate cross functionally with Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, IT, Logistics & Sales,
• Exhibits strong analytical skills, problem solving and negotiation skills,
• Is structured and demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills,
