For one of our prestigious clients, the leader in FMCG industry we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian language.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing best customer service management towards company customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationship and register acitvity in internal systems to ensure smooth customer service
- Handle and manage orders progression and communication of orders to all necessary parties
- Maintain client data in CRM system
- Handle complaints entry and progression of claims, customer interface and internal coordination
- Handle inquiries related to pricing, products and supply chain queries
- Provide advice and sales support including product recommendations, organizing samples, technical documents
- Organize proactive activities including product promotion, samples and price offer follow-ups
Qualifications
- Good attention to details and can prioritize tasks
- Able to establish good relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners
- Fluent Hungarian (C1/C2) and English (B1/B2) level. Other languages are seen as asset
- Accept feedback and learn from it and can work under pressure
- Flexible and open to new ideas
- Ability to work with own initiative and also as a part of a team
