For our prestigious client leader in forest industry we are looking for Customer Service Team Leader. The business unit we are recruiting for create renewable and responsible wood-based alternatives for fossil-based materials utilizing our expertise in engineering, innovation and digitalization.

The challenges that await you:

• Organization of the work of the Team
• Monitoring the quality of customer service, ensuring the high quality of services provided
• Ongoing analysis and planning of activities aimed at continuous improvement of the quality of customer service
• Motivating, cooperating and taking care of the development of the team
• Support of the Team in everyday tasks
• Building and maintaining business relationships with clients

Expectations:

• Fluency in English (B2 / C1) and German (C1 / C2), both spoken and written
• Experience in working in a similar position
• Well-established team management experience
• Experience in working in an international environment is welcome
