For our prestigious client leader in forest industry we are looking for Fixed Assets Financial Controller. The business unit we are recruiting for create renewable and responsible wood-based alternatives for fossil-based materials utilizing our expertise in engineering, innovation and digitalization.

Role ensuring Fixed Asset and Lease reporting are on time and correct in defined area. Ensuring data accuracy and timeliness according to business needs, IFRS and other requirements in the area of Fixed asset and Leases. Contribution to defined process activity levels. Active participation to process network in own area.

Main responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely Fixed Asset and Lease reporting​
• Development of Fixed Asset and Lease process​
• Contribution to process improvement in own expertise area​
• Perform complex AA transactions and closing tasks in defined area​
• Ensure account data accuracy, reporting and filing processes on timely manner for group, statutory and tax purposes​
• Ensuring quality and compliance in Fixed asset and Lease process ​
• Participate continuous improvement of accounting and reporting services, processes and systems using agile analytic tools ​
• Part of service team delivering timely, accurate and effective accounting services​
• Perform complex financial transactions and closing tasks​
• Coordinate monthly closing process in defined area

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in accounting, taxation and reporting processes​
• Ability to understand complex processes and data flows​
• Good change readiness​
• Good leadership skills​
• Good influencing and collaboration skills in global organization​
• Experience of fixed asset as leases process is considered as a major asset​
• Experience of similar industry and business processes are considered as a major asset​
• Fluency in English, other language skills are a benefit​
• At least bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of experience​
