We are looking for a Front-End Developer to join HR GO plc.

HR GO Labs' mission is to apply technology to improve the experience of those looking for work and those hiring. We believe that the current recruitment industry is not doing enough to deliver a good experience to people, and we believe that we can make that better with technology.

You will be part of an agile scrum team, working with other Developers and Product Managers in 2 week sprints. You will be asked to contribute to daily stand ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Location: Your role can be based in UK, Europe and can be 100% remote

Salary: 25-30k GBP (perm contract)

Over the last 12 months in HR GO Labs team we have built a few different things:

• A web app for candidates, which has attracted around 60,000 signups.
• A video chat feature which is used for 250 calls per day.
• Some payroll software which processes around 7000 timesheets per week.
• A web app for clients, which is used by big brands.

Most of the work is written in JavaScript. We have single page applications written in React. Also some services are written in Elixir and we have started integrating our frontend with GraphQL API's.

We work with quite a few different databases but prefer Postgres.

We've had some great CSS skills on the team in the past and therefore have maintained nice clean front-end codebases to date. We work with a few different things depending on the project, so an open mind is good!

We do get stuck in rather than design everything, so someone that's open to that would be great. The culture favours getting things done over 'pixel perfection'.
