We are looking for our prestigious client - leader in paper industry Inside Sales Manager that will lead the team of 9 individuals focusing on Central Eastern Europe markets.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.
Location: Wrocław
Travel: Around 20% time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategy and report on sales metrics
- Lead professionally and assure effective performance of the Inside Sales Team
- Enable high performing customer interface to engage with customers
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing top sales and service consistency
- Building up, implementing, leading and developing Sales Team for variety customer segments, accounts and markets
- Steering strategically and developing Inside Sales processes and competences to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Ensuring strong understanding of commercial processes and customer interface needs
- Ensuring focusing on results and business mindset, both commercially and target driven
- Providing a good understanding of CRM tools and systems (Ideally Salesforce)
- Maintaining development of Inside Sales competences and processes
Qualifications:
- University degree and/or strong professional qualifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Team player and self starter
- Powerful and motivational leadership skills and/or do have experience in leading teams
- Very strong sales & customer service mindset
- High credibility on the commercial side
- High resilience and coping well with change
- Fluent in languages Polish, English, any other European languages are very welcome
- Ideal experience from Retail, FMCG, Production industry
