For our prestigious client leader in paper industry we are looking for Inside Sales Specialist that will support the Hungarian territory.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing competitive sales & service management towards company customers. As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be supporting sales processes from customer request through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high quality, proactive inquiry and offering management for non-order related customer requests
- Ensuring high quality and timely responses for order related customer requests
- Negotiating and finalizing deals for defined customer accounts
- Monitoring fulfilment of customer service level agreements, initiating proactive actions - if applicable
- Conducting selectively up selling and cold calling activities - in the ratio of 80% to 20%
- Supporting in registering sales opportunities and ensuring correct deal documentation in Salesforce CRM system
- Ensuring product consulting and alternative product selling
- Supporting actively in Forecasting & Allocation management
- Assuring and controlling accurate account and master data quality
- Guaranteeing smooth and timely communication with various stakeholders to achieve efficient sales & service management
Qualifications
- University degree or strong professional experience
- Fluent in Hungarian and English language, others are an asset
- Very good communication skills and confidence attitude
- Results driven and proactive solution approach
- Sales and customer service-oriented mindset
- Team player, excellent networker and communicator, both externally and internally
- Good system knowledge and experienced in using CRM tools like Salesforce
