For our prestigious client, leader in forest industry, we are looking for Internal Controls Expert. The business unit we are recruiting for create renewable and responsible wood-based alternatives for fossil-based materials utilizing our expertise in engineering, innovation and digitalization.

Key role concentrating on providing independent and objective assessment about the operating effectiveness of Internal Controls. Management of Segregation of Duties in accordance with company policies. Concept owner for SAP Authorization in Finance.​

Main responsibilities​:

• Manage SAP SoD monitoring process, including management of the established governance model, the preparation of the regular report statements & participation in SAP implementation & upgrade projects​
• Support Finance Department in the SAP Authorization (e.g., technical check in SAP system for role changes, ticket opening for daily authorization task)​
• Conduct agreed SoD cleaning activities to manage SoD Risks​
• Solution owner for GRC tool (Bwise) for internal controls​
• Participation in internal control assessments​
• Defining the control responsibilities and carrying out the monitoring tasks, following-up corrective actions​
• Cooperate with the internal customers and external service providers actively​

Requirements​:

• Bachelor or master's degree in IT, Finance or Management with a strong IT acumen​
• Relevant experience in Segregation of Duties and/or SAP authorization ​
• Previous experience in Internal Controls and/or GRC systems is a great advantage​
• Fast learner and ready to quickly adapt to a changing environment​
• Proactive and systematic in way of working​
• Outward looking, future-oriented, and both willing and capable of driving change​
• Genuine interest in process growth and development & good analytical skills​
• Excellent influencing and collaboration skills​
• Positive, supportive and can-do attitude is crucial to success​
• Fluent in English​
