For our prestigious client leader in automotive industry (new EMEA Shared Service Center), we are looking for lnternal Controls Financial Analyst.

What you will do:

• Contribute to ensure overall consistency of internal control procedures within the region. You participate in the optimization of existing processes and procedures in various business process cycles.
• Handle ad-hoc compliance & internal control requests.
• Assist the EMEA team on internal control structure enhancements, including supporting change management of underlying business processes, and compliance.
• Assist with internal audit projects and other ad hoc projects, including development of work programs, execution, documentation, and related deliverables, including regular follow up on implementation status of agreed action plans.
• Participate in raising awareness amongst employees, and others as necessary, about the importance of internal controls and their contribution to the business in order to give a positive perception of the required controls.
• Support the ongoing evaluation of segregation of duties; ensuring access rights within key systems are appropriately restricted and segregation of duties conflicts are assessed and mitigated.
• SOX Compliance.
• Balance Sheet Review management.
• Act as Power User for Business Analytics and provide end-users functional support interacting with Tableau, Alteryx and various Microsoft platforms in use.

Who you are:

• You have knowledge of various financial, business and have strong affinity with identifying risks and determining suitable internal controls in such processes;
• You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
• CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience working with global multi-national publicly-traded companies preferred, but not required
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, but not required.
