For our prestigious client leader in production industry (power electronics and electrical cabinets) we are looking for IT Manager.

In this role, you have holistic responsibility for the IT function to further shape IT value add. You oversee IT in our two factories in Poland and Germany as well as in the German headquarter.

What you will do:

• Create Vision, Mission and Strategy for IT and technology foundation
• Secure scalability and "Fit for purpose / Fit for future" technology set up
• Oversee and steer full leverage of our new Business Central ERP
• Drive Reporting and selective Customization to gain process efficiency and transparency
• Understand business priorities and translate into IT requirements and priorities
• Steer IT service providers for IT infrastructure and application services
• Establish reporting on business critical KPIs
• Enable and drive organisational effectiveness and efficiency within the organisation using IT tooling
• Develop, govern, and operate:
• Enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps
• Technology operations incl. technology component lifecycle management
• IT project delivery
• Compliance (InfoSec and Data Privacy) - first level of defence
• IT budget and financials

Who you are:

• Extensive experience as IT Manager ideally in multinational organizations
• Experience in implementing change programs/change management
• Strong IT/technology background and experience
• Understand value and cost drivers of IT/technology and can identify optimizations
• Strong process understanding in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to systematically capture business requirements and break them down in logical manageable activities
• Ability to convert stakeholder needs into viable technology solutions
• Proactive personality and "Can do" attitude, want to be in the "driver's seat"
• Strong inter-personnel and communication skills
• Fluent English
