For our prestigious client leader in forest industry we are looking for IT Service Delivery Manager, Central Europe Offices. The business unit we are recruiting for create renewable and responsible wood-based alternatives for fossil-based materials utilizing our expertise in engineering, innovation and digitalization.

Responsible of all produced IT services in your locations. Services can be produced either by the global IT service organization or purchased locally by the Service Delivery Manager (SDM).

In this position you would be the SDM for main Central Europe office locations: Wroclaw, Augsburg, Milan, Mannheim and Prague. You are expected to travel those locations as also in Helsinki frequently.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that the IT service provided in your locations is according to the business needs
• Help the end users to adopt ever changing world of IT: listen, teach and support
• Manage local IT projects and help global IT with delivering projects on your locations
• Actively participate influence in the local site management as an IT representative
• Ensure compliance with defined internal controls in own responsibility area
• Proactively communicate in own responsibility area, co-operation with other organizations and stakeholders
• Actively bring up and drive ideas for improvements and development
• Ensure good service level by actively supporting and contributing our global service line and 3rd party IT partners

Requirements:

• You have Master's or Bachelor's degree or similar education
• You have more than 5 years of relevant experience
• You have service-oriented mindset, experience on that field is a strong advantage
• You have good knowledge of ICT
• You have drive and curious mind towards technology, and you want to learn more
• You have strong self-leading skills and ability organize your time and prioritize your work
• You are not afraid of making decision based on facts and carrying the responsibility over those
• You have strong collaboration, influencing and team working skills with flexible, positive and proactive attitude towards changing environment. You see networking as an obvious way of working.
• You are fluent in English and Polish have experience from international business environment. German conversational skills are an advantage
• You are a positive and outgoing person who enjoys a great variety of different kind of tasks and duties
