Eclipse Group Solutions has been operating in the IT industry for twenty years. As a certified partner of SAP Hybris and IBM Business Partner, he deals with the implementation of eCommerce solutions based on the SAP Hybris platform, mostly for the British market. They are currently looking for a Java Team Developer who would like to support them in their daily work. Working in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) in a modern office in Business Garden.

We are looking for people with experience or who are interested in developing into a Leader. Eclipse will be happy to teach you everything! :)

Responsibilities:

• Management 70%, Coding 30%
• Building organizational culture based on knowledge sharing and direct communication within teams
• Effectively supporting team members in line with company values, providing constructive, valuable feedback on their skills and behaviours on a daily basis
• Ensuring team members are appropriately skilled, trained, and resourced to deliver business commitments
• Taking ownership of the formulation of development standards and processes, ensuring they are continuously improved
• Taking responsibility for the development toolkit, ensuring that the tools in place represent a maximized return on investment for the projects which the company undertakes
• Assisting in design, development, and installation enhancements and upgrades to systems and application software
• Scheduling team workload. Coordinating staff availability including holidays. Ensuring staff have all they require to carry out their duties
• Complying with all Health & Safety matters as communicated through the company policy and procedures documents

Requirements:

• Good communication in English (verbal and written)
• Working with the use of "agile" methodologies
• Ability to manage a team of programmers - setting a development path, training, building relationships
• Good communication skills
• Experience in cooperation with business
• Experience as a mentor sharing your knowledge and experience with others
• The ability to look for effective solutions to the requirements set by users
• Nice to have experience in leading teams
