We are looking for an experienced Lead Hybris Developer who would like to cooperate with us. We offer the possibility of working remotely or from a modern office in Wroclaw (Business Garden).

Your role:

The role is to design, code, test, and analyse software programs and applications. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production life-cycle. The lead developer will also analyse and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required.

The role assumes elements of mentoring more junior staff and the ability to provide a high level of technical knowledge. It also requires involvement in designing and implementing the technical architecture of solutions. Crucially, the role involves providing direction and guidance to the technical team and to the company.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Consistently code and test software programs and applications according to specifications.
• Ensure all code is delivered according to the Company's development standards.
• Create, run and monitor tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement and general debugging.
• Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
• Generate statistics and prepare and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
• Deploy developed software products across the full set of environments: development, system test, preproduction, production.
• Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and operations staff to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
• Take direction from the SCRUM master and project manager for a given project.
• Assist less experienced members of the team and provide mentoring.

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP eCommerce/Hybris.
• Strong Java knowledge and experience including the latest features in Java (8-11).
• Experience writing unit tests using Junit, Mockito, and hybris integration testing.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and accelerators.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience in mentoring more junior staff.
• Professional software development know-how.
• Very good English language skills.
• Nice to have a certification SAP Commerce Cloud or Hybris eCommerce Developer.
