Eclipse Group Solutions has been operating in the IT industry for twenty years. As a certified partner of SAP Hybris and IBM Business Partner, he deals with the implementation of eCommerce solutions based on the SAP Hybris platform, mostly for the British market. They are currently looking for a Magento Solution Lead who would like to support development teams and all their activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational IT systems and software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring team members are appropriately skilled, trained and resourced to deliver business commitments,
• Assisting induction process of new team members,
• Driving change to implement efficient and effective strategies as advised by senior stakeholders and clients, supporting wider organization changes and dealing with their impact on specific areas inside and outside of our organization,
• Managing issues that can reduce team effectiveness: communication, behavioural, skill, process, technical,
• Building awareness of business objectives and leading the team to achieve them,
• Taking ownership of the formulation of development standards and processes, ensuring they are continuously improved,
• Taking responsibility for development toolkit, ensuring that the tools in place represent a maximised return on investment for the projects which company undertakes,
• Assisting in design, development and installation enhancements and upgrades to systems and application software,
• When required, liaising with client representatives to ensure requirements are being met,
• Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines,
• Scheduling team workload,
• Actively participate and provide technical input and knowledge during the pre-sales and sales activities.

Skill set for Magento Team Lead:

• Backend: PHP 7.4 & 8,
• Frontend: HTML5/CSS (SASS, LESS), JS (Vanilla, jQuery, Knockout),
• Database: MySQL/T-SQL,
• Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce / Adobe Commerce Cloud,
• Additional services: RabbitMQ, Redis, Varnish, Elasticsearch, SonarQube - nice to have
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Linux, Nginx, GitHub Actions,
• Basics of AWS (ECS, EC2, Fargate),
• Docker.
