RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily tasks:
- Working with customer processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management);
- Communication and strong cooperation with the users and the customer;
- Daily meetings with the team, occasional meetings with the customer;
- Problem analysis and documentation;
- Performing root cause analysis;
- Log analysis;
- Taking over, analyzing, and resolving the issues and tickets that arise in daily business;
- Daily monitoring of the systems using the monitoring tools (finding performance issues in time and solving the problems proactively);
- Installation of regular releases and upgrades for the applications;
- Configuration and optimizing of the application and infrastructure;
- Creating and continuously maintaining the documentation;
- Administration of the tasks, cronjobs for the applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- JCL;
- DB2;
- COBOL;
- Good communication skills in English (B2); German (min. A2);
- Release & deployment management processes;
- Incident management processes;
- Problem management processes;
- Knowledge management processes;
- Change management processes;
- Configuration and Asset Management processes;
- Availability management processes.
