For our prestigious client leader in paper industry we are looking for Master Data Specialist.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for delivering efficient and high-quality master data management services together with your team members in alignment with strategy and business needs.

• Maintain Logistics and Product Master Data according to policies, data standards and instructions and continuously improve data quality and way of working.

• Manage business relationship actively.

• Conducting agreed data cleansing activities to remove old, unused data, or duplicate data for better business usability and risk prevention.

• Develop service procedures, policies, standards and tools/systems in coordination of your team lead and colleagues.

• Continuously seek for improvement opportunities and new ways to automatize data management activities.

• Encourage towards unified way of working, service excellence, continuous improvement and measure data quality and performance; promote collaboration and usage of master data best practices.

• Ensure from your side that policies, guidelines and data standards are followed in your daily work.

Who you are

• You have 2+ years of related work experience

• You are fluent in English and appreciate working in a truly international environment. It is beneficial if you know any other languages

• You are a self-directed, responsible and proactive doer with a customer service mindset.

• You take the ownership and get things done in an efficient and professional way.

• You have good communication skills to communicate with our internal customers, team members and other stakeholders.

• You are comfortable with working in a matrix organization and managing multiple professional networks across an enterprise.

• You have experience in master data management

• You have a passion for the data quality discipline, as well as methodical approach and good attention to details and documentation.

• It is essential that you are a fluent user of Excel, familiarity with Power BI is a plus; experience of automated solutions and use of robotics in data management activities is a great advantage.
