For our prestigious client leader in forest industry we are looking for Order Management Specialist.

The activities we are carrying out are ranging from daily siderun and stocklot order management tasks to short-term improvements and supporting the implementation of bigger scale process developments as well as support of major projects.

What you'll do:

• Processing orders from order entry to final delivery/self-collection
• Agreeing logistics schedules with internal teams and customers
• Taking care of all relevant logistics documentation
• Working with an international customer base
• Steering customer stocks and tracking stock agreements
• Supporting the Sales team

Who you are:

• You have 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing
• You like to work in a team
• You have a good knowledge of SAP (preferably SD module)
• You are fluent in English, other languages like German are an asset
• You have a basic knowledge in logistics (documentation/customs declaration/certificates/incoterms)
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
• You have a customer- and solution-oriented mindset
