Our client a succesful Housing Assocaition are looking to add a Organisational Learning Lead to their team in Andover. Role Purpose
Responsible for leading all areas of work designed to create a positive learning environment that supports organisational development and a positive employee experience.
Work with the team to deliver a wide range of learning and experience interventions to supportour client's transformation strategy. Influencing the business to create an environment where everyone is engaged and feels valued and motivated to develop themselves to do their best work, making it a great place to work now and in the future.
Key Accountabilities
Enabling transformation across the business through the design and delivery of programmes and interventions that deliver and improve the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle and support organisational learning
Working with the People leadership team to input into the setting of the employee experience and learning plan to ensure alignment and contribution to the delivery of the corporate plan
Work in partnership with the Employee Experience Lead to programme manage resources, skills mix and development, and programme deliverables across the whole team
Work with appropriate external suppliers to build internal knowledge, capability and capacity.
Act as lead representation for the organisational learning across a wide range of programmes
Experience and Qualifications
CIPD qualification and relevant Learning and Development or training qualifications (desirable)
Experience in leading a team
Experience in delivering a range of diagnostic tools such as: DISC, SDI, Strengthscope, Myers Briggs
Previous experience in project management; stakeholder management; change management; event management; design and delivery of Learning initiatives; budget management
Demonstrable experience and evidence of continuous professional development within learning and development
Demonstrable experience in building effective and collaborative relationships with the ability to inspire confidence and respect with all stakeholder groups
Proven experience of coaching and influencing colleagues to include senior stakeholders
Experience in the design, delivery and implementation of training and learning initiatives
Complexity
Provide leadership for the colleagues responsible for the design and delivery of organisational learning intervention activity within the team
Programme managing all learning interventions balancing both internal and external resource
Design, develop and deliver innovative learning and change solutions in line with the transformation strategy, supporting the delivery of change programmes
Impact
Support the Head of Employee Experience and Organisational Learning
Facilitate the design of events, inductions, focus groups, and conduct coaching conversations to support learning and development objectives. Design and deliver blended learning solutions including face to face and virtual learning ensuring the needs of the learner are considered
