Our client is the global bio-forest company and one of the recognised sustainability leaders who will soon open a Business Services Hub at the heart of the city of Wroclaw, Poland. Our client has already two factories in the Wroclaw area, and an HR Service Center in Cracow. When fully operational in autumn 2020, the hub will bring together approximately 200 professionals dealing with the various customer, supplier and financial services. What makes our client unique? Your main tasks are:

• You will work as a subject matter expert (SME) in Accounting or Controlling master data process area
• You will be the key player to enable Enterprise and Finance Master Data process to be value-adding and successful
• You will deliver efficient and high-quality master data management services in alignment with company strategy, needs of Business Areas, Global Functions and regulatory requirements
• You will manage business relationship actively, take ownership of dedicated master data sub-process and ensure issues are solved & followed through to resolution
• You will be responsible for RTR Master Data according to our policies, data standards and instructions and continuously improve data quality and way of working
• You will plan and agree on data cleansing activities to remove old, unused data, or duplicate data for better business usability and risk prevention
• You will Develop service procedures, policies, standards and tools/systems by using your expertise and continuously seek improvement opportunities as well as new ways to automatise data management activities
• You will encourage a unified way of working, service excellence, continuous improvement and measure data quality and performance, as well as promote collaboration and usage of master data best practices
• You will ensure that policies, guidelines and data standards are followed in your responsibility area

Who you are?

• You have 3-4 years of relevant work experiences
• You have a solid understanding of financial end-to-end process flows, especially connections to RTR process, and are familiar with Accounting and/or Controlling processes
• You have gained practical experience in master data management (e.g. enterprise & organisation, controlling, accounting and tax master data)
• You are a self-directed, responsible and proactive doer with customer service mindset; you take the ownership and get things done in an efficient and professional way
• You have good communication that will enable you to collaborate well with our internal customers, team members and other stakeholders - together we aim higher!
• You are comfortable with working in a matrix organisation and managing multiple professional networks across the enterprise
• You have proven passion for the data quality discipline, good attention to detail It is a plus if you have experience of automated solutions and use of robotics in data management activities
• You understand the master data life cycle and the relationships in the enterprise-level application landscape such as ERP, Consolidation System, Reporting, Analytics and downstream business applications, it is a plus if you have a knowledge of Oracle Hyperion tool
• You are fluent in English
