Budget: 11.000 - 13.000 PLN gross
Reporting to: Source to Contract Manager (Wrocław)

Travelling: to Germany or Finland (+/- once a month)

SAP Ariba Solution Expert

Main tasks:

• Being the global functional subject matter expert for SAP Ariba sourcing module / domain ensuring technical platform capability
• Supporting solution and process owners and key-user network to optimize, automate and industrialize business processes with the digital solutions
• Evaluating business requirements, proposing SAP Ariba functional design solutions, performing system configuration and developing the solution functionalities
• Participating in business process design reviews, conducting system and user acceptance testing, issue resolution and Ariba core team training
• Recommending best practice solutions, based on knowledge of current and emerging capabilities in the SAP Ariba sourcing module / domain area
• Providing input to Source to Pay development roadmap
• Providing guidance and take ownership with e.g. escalations, and coordinate with SAP Ariba Support Organization and internal experts
• Continuously collaborating with other Sourcing Operations teams to ensure efficient and high-quality Source to Pay process and services
• Participating in the projects for further roll-out of SAP Ariba platform

Requirements:

• 4+ years related work experiences in a global environment
• Bachelor or master's degree preferably in Economics / Finance
• Practical solution management and project implementation experience of the SAP Ariba sourcing & procurement solutions
• Process improvement experience
• In-depth understanding of SAP technology opportunities, including master data & ERP integrations
