For our prestigious client leader in automotive industry (new EMEA Shared Service Center), we are looking for Senior IT System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for building new workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet the growing reporting and data integration requirements covering different facilities in Europe.
• Provide technical support for Alteryx Server, workflows, and Tableau dashboards.
• Work on data migration and enterprise analytical reporting transformation projects.
• Develop ETL, SQL stored procedures, functions, Alteryx workflows and Tableau reports to automate reporting needs for Sales, Pricing, S&OP, Finance and other business functions.
• Functional and technical documentation of business requirements.
• Provide end user training on Alteryx, Tableau and Cognos BI tools.
• Training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical support for Alteryx Server, workflows, and Tableau dashboards.
• Responsible to build dimensional modelling (OLAP), Entity-relationship modelling, Data warehousing based on industry best practices and to maintain the database and table structures in SQL Server, MongoDB, Teradata, or other platforms as needed for reporting projects.
• Functional and technical documentation of business requirements.
• Work on business systems integration requirements.
• Work closely with Global BI team and provide support in building ETL, job monitoring in Informatica, Teradata and Cognos platforms.
• Training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Tableau server administration (install, security management, performance management, upgrades)
• Tableau site administration (governance, security administration, content govern-ance)

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Over 8 years of experience in development and production support in an enterprise reporting environment.
• Over 8 years of experience in developing data and analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Informatica, Cognos or Power BI
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on business /functional analysis and use case requirements solicitation, design definition, development, testing and deployment.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Tableau dashboard development experience integrating data from multiple data sources including heterogeneous data sources, legacy and modern ERP environments.
• 5 Years of experience in building Alteryx workflows involving complicated business logic

Required Skills

• Knowledge of data modelling techniques/methodologies - Dimensional modelling (OLAP), Entity-relationship modelling, Data warehousing based on the Kimball and Inmon methodologies.
• Expert level knowledge in Alteryx and Tableau tools. Also, well experienced in Alteryx Server and Tableau site administration (governance, security administration, content governance)
• Strong experience in SQL Server and in building, troubleshooting of SQL stored procedures, functions, and Jobs.
• Experience and exposure in Information Builders, Iway Data Migrator and Web Focus reports.
• Strong database knowledge and integration experience with SQL Server, Oracle and Teradata.
• Knowledge of ETL and report development best practices and optimization techniques
• Experience with SSAS and proficiency in DAX and/or MDX
• Experienced in designing databases and normalized data models.
• Good communication skills with multiple levels of users and management
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Any knowledge of SAP database table & structures, experience with SAP data migration projects and any knowledge of LSMW/LTMC will be an advantage in the role
