The team provides individual programming solutions focusing on outstanding user experience.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Magento Developer to join the team. We offer 100% remotely job or in the client office (Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gliwice, Bialystok).

You will be responsible for:

• communication with clients
• project: design, assessment, estimation and planning
• leading teams of Magento and Frontend Developers
• assisting the team in decomposing user stories into tasks, estimating the effort, and planning sprints
• training of Trainee, Junior, Intermediate and Senior software engineers
• leading R&D initiatives
• team composition and hiring
• project development processes definition
• project risks detection and mitigation
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ year's experience as a Magento Developer
• experience with Magento 2 (customisation, integration, optimisation)
• deep understanding architecture of Magento (projects design, estimation, and planning)
• very good understanding PHP 7
• experience with MySQL
• experience in RabbitMQ or similar
• practised with Docker
• experience with automated testing
• background of web applications security

Nice to have:

• experienced in Cloud Platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)
• skilled in defining and deployment of CI/CD processes
