Eclipse Group Solutions has been operating in the IT industry for twenty years. As a certified partner of SAP Hybris and IBM Business Partner, he deals with the implementation of eCommerce solutions based on the SAP Hybris platform, mostly for the British market. They are currently looking for a Senior System Analyst, who would like to support them in their daily work. Working in a hybrid model in a modern office in Business Garden.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the business client to analyse, document and validate acceptance criteria for each requirement.
- Evaluate needs and make recommendations to client for requirements based on deep understanding of platforms, extensions and configuration options.
- Own and manage analysis sessions - Workshops, 1:1 sessions etc.
- Produce Epics, stories, process flows, diagrams, relationship/dependency maps etc. to support definition of requirements.
- Work with the client through playback and clarification steps to gain final sign-off for all deliverables.
- Cascade completed deliverables to relevant development and test teams to ensure efficient handover to next stages of delivery.
- Act as an interface between internal (onshore and near-shore) teams and clients to deliver functional requirements.
- Provide training and documentation for delivered solutions to client and support successful receipt and operation of change with the client stakeholder group.
- Present or support team presentation of demos of working solutions to stakeholders.
- Work with sales, business development and consultant stakeholders in our team to provide initial plans and estimates for delivery phases.
- Support the sales, consultants and business development team with responses to RFP's and sales opportunities, mapping requirements to out of the box functionality and providing platform demo's as required.
- Plan and deliver client onboarding sessions for new clients in relation to analysis activities.
- Work with Quality Assurance to build and validate test cases for defined requirements.
- Promote analysis best practices, tools and processes with clients and our internal teams.
- Support development and test teams with clarifications as required in the completion of their tasks in relation to your deliverables.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Digital Commerce experience as an analyst covering any or all of B2B, B2C, B2B2C, D2C, Omnichannel, Pureplay Digital.
- Experience of working with Clients, Partners and/or SI.
- Adobe Commerce knowledge. Other eCommerce platform experience would be beneficial.
- Experience across all aspects of Digital Commerce is required
- Experience of Agile delivery methods.
- Attlasian suite experience would be beneficial.
- User story writing using various standard methods.
- Using best practice process and modelling techniques.
- Knowledge of how back-end (such as ERP, microservices, CRM) and eCommerce solutions interface with each other.
- Knowledge of CX/UX principles.
- Experience in delivery of client workshop sessions at all stakeholder levels.
- Experience delivery lifecycle (design, build, launch, operate).
