Our client is the global bio-forest company and one of the recognised sustainability leaders who will soon open a Business Services Hub at the heart of the city of Wroclaw, Poland. Our client has already two factories in the Wroclaw area, and an HR Service Center in Cracow. When fully operational in autumn 2020, the hub will bring together approximately 200 professionals dealing with the various customer, supplier and financial services. What makes our client unique? Your main tasks are:

• Be responsible for delivering efficient and high-quality master data management
• Act as line manager for the Service Delivery Team: coaching, development, performance management, identifying training needs, goal setting, recruitment, job-rotation planning etc.
• Set and maintain a clear mission for the service delivery team together with the Service Delivery Manager and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
• Develop service process, procedures, policies and standards in co-operation with the Service Delivery Manager, respective Concept Lead and Master Data Process Manager. Continuously seek for improvement opportunities and new ways to automatize data management activities.
• Manage business relationship actively, take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Identify, manage and mitigate possible service risks: develop and implement a corresponding plan of action if risks materialize
• Analyse service process statistics and compile accurate reports related to Total Resolution Time, Team SLA and performance as well as customer experience/satisfaction of the service provided
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years related work experiences in a global environment
• Bachelor or master's degree preferably in Economics / Finance
• Strong background in the STP process and related master data management (e.g. vendors, banks, materials, contracts) in practice.
• Previous experience in managing master data in SAP environments (ECC, S/4 Hana) and understanding of master data management system's role (like SAP MDM/MDG)
