Eclipse Group Solutions has been operating in the IT industry for nearly twenty years. As a certified partner of SAP Hybris and IBM Business Partner, he deals with the implementation of eCommerce solutions mainly based on the SAP Hybris platform, mostly for the British market. They are currently looking for a Systems Analyst who would like to support them in their daily work.

Responsibilities:

• Meet decision makers, systems owners, product owners and end users to elicit and define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues,
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems,
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing,
• Convert business requirements into system requirements by creating systems models, specifications and UML diagrams to provide direction to programmers,
• Define customer requirements in terms of features, user stories and acceptance criteria,
• Manage requirements prioritisation with the,
• Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and in the correct corporate repositories.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Knowledge of Hybris/SAP Commerce CLoud/Java and experience in e-commerce sector will be an asset,
• Good analytical skills,
• Familiar with UML and BPMN,
• Experience with Agile/ Scrum methodology.
