1. The competition is open and all entries must be received between the 28th June 2021 and 30th September 2021.
2. The competition is open to Kent primary children aged 4-11 only. The competition is not open to any HR GO Plc employees or their families.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
4. To enter, send completed pictures with the child’s name, age and school to edu-southeast@hrgo.co.uk or post to HR GO Recruitment, Education SE, Wellington House, Church Road, Ashford, Kent TN23 1RE. Inappropriate entries, any entry that infringes the rights of another or violates any laws or regulations will not be accepted and the Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries for any reason at its sole discretion.
5. There is a maximum of one entry per person.
6. On 1st October HR GO Recruitment Education South East shall choose one winner from entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. The prize is a £25 voucher for Smiggle and will be delivered to the child’s school before end October 2021.
8. No responsibility is accepted for entries, which are lost, corrupted or incomplete.
9. HR GO Recruitment Education South East’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners agree that HR GO Recruitment Education South East will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner(s) and their school.
11. Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the prize draws.
12. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
13. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn or Facebook.
14. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions. Entries that are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
15. Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver by the promoter of that, or any other, right or remedy.
16. HR GO Recruitment Education South East reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time without notice.
17. To the fullest extent permissible by law, HR GO Recruitment South East shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or use of any prize
18. The promotion is subject to English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
