As the majority of schools prepare to fully reopen in September, we wanted to let you know how we plan to help our candidates secure their next role.
We have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure our digital offering is smooth and easy to use. It is completely possible for us to complete the whole application process via our website and video calls!
Firstly, we want to make it clear to all our candidates that your safety is our priority. We are working with our partner schools to assist them in ensuring that their institutions are as risk-free as possible. This means that all social distancing guidelines and protective equipment is in place and readily available.
We have updated our application process, so this can all be done digitally. You can contact your local office and they will help you get started.
Once you are registered with us, we will contact you to arrange a video interview. This is nothing to worry about – it gives our education experts the chance to get to know you, what you are looking for and where your skills lie. This is an efficient way was us to ensure that we find you a role that is perfect for you.
After this process is completed, we will stay in touch with updates about vacancies or any news which we think will help you. If one of our partner schools is recruiting for a role which we think you would be a good fit for, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity.
