  What you will do  

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including manufacturing managers, process engineers, and IT professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and prioritize system requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct detailed process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline operations.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide software development and configuration.
• Work closely with software developers, system integrators, and vendor partners to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and system functionality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure it meets business needs and specifications.
• Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address any system-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in MES systems and manufacturing technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  Who you are  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process manufacturing setting.
• Strong expertise in writing requirements, functional specifications, and system documentation for complex enterprise systems, specifically MES systems.
• Proficiency in conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, and quality control processes is highly desirable.
• Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry standards, such as ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies, is a plus.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard business analysis tools and software.
• Full proficiency in English and ability to collaborate internationally.
