Business Development Manager

Our client is a leading linguistic services company with offices in Warsaw, providing comprehensive translation, OCR, DTP, interpretation, subtitling, and sworn translation services to diverse industries and international organizations. About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the thriving Polish translation and linguistic services market.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue innovative business opportunities in the translation and linguistic services industry within Poland
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth, focusing on key sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential Polish clients through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, showcasing our comprehensive translation and linguistic services offerings to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts effectively and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Stay abreast of market trends (Poland and internationally) and identify growth prospects for the company
  • Facilitate participation in relevant procurement opportunities (tenders) in the Polish market, encompassing both private and public sectors
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new Polish clients by collaborating effectively with internal teams, including marketing and operations
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective clients and pursued deals within the CRM system


Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of experience in active sales 
  • Achievements in personal selling (attracting new clients, using various sales channels, finding creative solutions to constraints, etc.)
  • Exceptional professional competencies, including negotiation, business writing, persuasion, objection handling, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to draft commercial offers and contracts
  • Proficiency in Polish language at the C1+ level
  • Strong English language skills (B2 level) are essential for effective communication and collaboration
