For our prestigious client leader in paper industry we are looking for Business Reporting and Analysis Manager.

Manager role responsible business reporting and analysis. Ensure high quality and on time business reporting and analysis. Responsible for report development and management of data in order to support business decisions, combining both financial and nonfinancial data to report KPI development. Requires a good understanding of the business and processes, coupled with high level data and analytical skills. Managing a team of 6-7 Business analysts who will have counterparts in the business control organization, ensuring the resources are matched with the business priorities.

Responsibility:

• Well-functioning proactive partnership with key stakeholders
• High quality Business area Business Reporting and Analysis
• Management of a team of Analysts also supporting business reporting and analysis

Main tasks:

• Responsible for Management Accounting and Reporting including analysis for actuals and development of respective MA reporting area. Participation to overall BA reporting development together with BC.
• Supporting and sparring stakeholders with finance analysis
• Lead team to work to ensure timely, accurate and effective reporting services
• Participate to ad hoc reporting and business processes development when needed
• Ensuring efficient reporting tools utilization and know-how (e.g. PowerBI)

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical skills
• Good working knowledge in modern BI tools e.g. PowerBI and DAX
• Good knowledge in accounting and reporting processes
• Strong change readiness
• Good influencing and collaboration skills in global organization
• Good leadership skills
• Solution orientated mindset
• Fluent in English language
