Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Organisational Change Management Lead is to develop, lead and execute comprehensive and customized OCM and training strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and delivery.
Location: Wrocław office with travelling required around 25-50% within EU
Your aim will be ensuring ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) and company change initiatives meet objectives and deliver results on time
This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be reposnible develop, lead and execute comprehensive and customized change management and training strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
You will be leading organisational change activities and impact within the projects in EMEA region
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct vision workshops and meetings to identify or clarify the vision for the change and the vision-related messages
- Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and job impact assessments for impacted locations and synthesize findings
- Develop and execute change management, communication, and training strategies and plans, including working collaboratively with clients to develop those strategies and plans, including developing and managing detailed project plans
- Develop and publish communication and engagement content and conduct and manage stakeholder engagement activities using a variety of methods and media and in collaboration with project subject matter experts and client stakeholders
- Develop and conduct leadership alignment and engagement plans and actively engage senior leaders as sponsors of change
- Define, facilitate, and manage change champion programs with client change champions across global locations and functions
- Define and conduct change readiness assessments at strategic points in a project and develop remediation plans for findings and risks
- Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness and ROI of business readiness activities
- Manage and support the development of training activities, including training material development, train-the-trainer, and end user training delivery. This includes collaborating with project team members and onshore and offshore training team members
About You:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation, meeting skills
- Ability to provide both detailed information and summaries to management
- Models exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent ability to lead, coach and manage stakeholders in a matrixed and cross-functional teams
- Must be a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success
- Strong understanding of OCM strategies and structured methods and approaches to meet business, schedule, and budget objectives
- Proven designing successful change management solutions in support of large-scale business/technology transformations using a methodology-driven approach and adoption technology solutions, such as digital adoption platforms and other solutions
- Experience defining and managing project scope and work plans
- Nice to have:
- Prosci/ACMP or equivalent Change Management certification
- Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience
- Manufacturing-specific consulting experience
- Strong Project Management experience (including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management)
