Your main tasks are:

• Be responsible for developing business partner data management (customers, vendors, banks, other counterparties) in alignment with company strategy, needs of Business Areas, Global Functions and regulatory requirements
• Gather data requirements and turn them into data policies, masterdata concept, data standards and finally into improved masterdata services that support efficient business processes. Demonstrate data-driven attitude and expertise in your daily work
• Communicate, train and support changes in your own data domain & concept area towards the projects, operative teams and business processes
• Oversee that policies, guidelines and data standards are followed in process development and design. Ensure that the business and regulatory requirements related to business partner data are correctly understood and captured into IT specifications
• Lead the development of data quality and related data quality reporting in co-operation with the service delivery teams and masterdata analysts
• Address the root cause of data inconsistencies and recommend improvements together with the other Concept Leads and process managers
• Contribute to data related decisions through the company DataGovernance Model
• Participate in the Enterprise Architecture development by providing master data input
  
  

Requirements:

• You have 4-6+ years of related work experiences in B2B business within the global environment
• You have a diverse background in master data management and various data domains. Understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
• You have basic knowledge of conceptual and logical data modelling
• You have an excellent understanding of both business and technical needs related to MDM requirements as well as experience how to automate data management routine tasks. Knowledge of the MDMsystems (like SAP MDM / MDG) that currently prevail the market is beneficial.
• Understanding of master data life-cycle in the multi-ERP environment and the relationships in ERP (SAP ECC, S/4 Hana), SRM (Ariba), CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics 360 etc.) and downstream business applications. Understanding of SAP ECC / S/4 Hana Business Partner data model is essential in this position
