The new hub is bringing together around 200 professionals dealing with the various customer, supplier, vendor and financial services. What makes our client unique? Your main task are:

• effective management of customer queries and complaints
• help customers to find a fast resolution for their problems and questions related to claims
• manage your own portfolio of claims from first notification to settlement
• use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support others in complex claims, problems and projects
• establish relationships and building trust with customers and factories.

Knowledge and experience:

• very good written and verbal communication in Russian/Ukrainian (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
• bachelor's or master's degree in technical field (nice to have)
• previous technical experience in converting/printing/application/coating process desirable however not essential (nice to have)
• well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to effectively assess situation
• excellent communication skills with customers and internal functions (both verbally and written)
• good organization skills, multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure
