Customer Experience Team Leader
For our prestigious client leader in the automotive industry (new EMEA Shared Service Center), we are looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader.
What you will do:
- Organization of the work of the Team
- Monitoring the quality of customer service, ensuring the high quality of services provided
- Ongoing analysis and planning of activities aimed at continuous improvement of the quality of customer service
- Motivating, cooperating and taking care of the development of the Team
- Support of the Team in everyday tasks
- Building and maintaining business relationships with clients
Expectations:
- Fluency in English and Polish (B2/C1)
- Optionally German (B2/C1) spoken and written
- Min 5 years of customer support/services experience
- Well-established team management experience
- Experience in working in an international environment is welcome
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
