For one of our prestigious clients, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with the Italian language.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing the best customer service management to company customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and register activity in internal systems to ensure smooth customer service
- Handle and manage orders progression and communication of orders to all necessary parties
- Maintain client data in the CRM system
- Handle complaints entry and progression of claims, customer interface, and internal coordination
- Handle inquiries related to pricing, products, and supply chain queries
- Provide advice and sales support including product recommendations, organizing samples, and technical documents
- Organize proactive activities including product promotion, samples, and price offer follow-ups
Qualifications
- Good attention to detail and can prioritize tasks
- Able to establish good relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners
- Fluent in English (B2/C1) and Italian (C1/C2) level
- Accept feedback and learn from it and can work under pressure
- Flexible and open to new ideas
- Ability to work with own initiative and also as a part of a team
