HR GO Recruitment is recruiting for a British company that specializes in insurance. They deal with the development and sale of administrative sales solutions. We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer who will be responsible for product integration and contact with the entire team located in Poland and Germany.

Location of the office - Business Garden there is the possibility of working 100% remotely or in a hybrid model.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and designing software in the Delphi environment
• Improving existing solutions in terms of technology and performance
• Creating technical documentation and implementation documentation
• Provide advice and support to user support and fulfill internal SLAs
• Participation in 3rd level support
• Acting independently in a team
• There are two projects for German clients:
• Conversion of the codebase from Delphi Seattle to a modern Delphi 11 version, and related upgrade of all used components
• Integration of the Windows high contrast mode

Requirements:

• Commercial experience with Delphi (2007, Seattle 10)
• Knowledge of the English language allows for easy communication
• Confident handling of SQL and databases and preferably already experience with Firebird
• Experience with the use of VCL components such as DevExpress
• Ability to quickly find your way around a complex, evolved software project

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the German language at the communicative level
• Experience with other frameworks (.NET) and programming languages (C#) and programming in the COM environment is a plus
