About the role:
HR Business Partner uses the potential of employees to achieve the business goals of the organization. For this reason, HR Business Partner needs to have extensive knowledge about business, company's business sector, as well as deep understanding of HR processes and Polish Labour Law.
The role symbolizes a bridge between the organization and its employees. Therefore, professional in this role should have extensive communication skills, to be able to convincingly persuade and negotiate with both C-level executives and employees, as well as successfully coordinate different key stakeholders.
Job Description:
Business focus:
- Proposing and developing HR initiatives, strategies, policies, and practices in line with business objectives to the Board of Directors
- Facilitating organizational design and development
- Defining and improving business processes
- Managing leadership coaching and team building that support growth and change in line with business objectives
- Designing succession plans for key talents and key job positions
- Proactively assessing team development needs, recommending, and implementing relevant solutions
- Supporting administration team with regards to staff, payroll, and labour matters
- Driving the working culture and ensuring everything align smoothly in line with objectives
People focus:
- Acting as a single point of the contact for the employees and the leadership team
- Maintaining good relationships between employees
- Managing and overseeing staff wellness and health initiatives
- Implementing employee engagement strategy and talent management strategies
- Working closely with HR community as an integral member
- Providing and suggesting coaching sessions to groups of employees and individual employees
- Implementing and monitoring employee personal development plans
- Taking care of onboarding processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Human Resources Management (nice to have from IT Industry)
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen
