We are looking for a HR Manager that will support local operation for Facility Centre in Wrocław. This role will report to Managing Director and will directly manage one person - HR Specialist. This is a strategic role for the person that is looknig for a long-term opportunity in the growing busienss with circa 70 staff in Wrocław and impressive plans for future.
⦁ Advice and actively supporting local MD in all HR related topics and processes.
⦁ Supporting Managers and Employees with professional HR services
⦁ Managing local Headcount planning and organisational growth in connection with active recruitment
⦁ Managing on-boarding programmes of Employees in coordination with the Line Managers
⦁ Employee retention: Support and manage local HR Development, Benefit and Organisation Development projects: Working on retention policies and long term strategical planning
⦁ Employer Branding and HR Marketing activites
⦁ Ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations to company policies ( active communication to Managers and employees when required)
⦁ Responsible for active manage of local HR processes (hiring, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, HR development and training, HR administration and payroll)
⦁ Designing and executing development programmes planning for employees and managers
⦁ Execute compensation and benefit strategies in line with HR Budget, Hiring Requests, Salary Increase, Benefit processes
⦁ Coordination of posting of jobs on local sites, active sourcing activities
⦁ Harmonize job description and evaluation using Towers Watson job code method in close cooperation with HR coordination
⦁ Advise managers on staffing structures/job titles and job design, and provide guidance on the processes involved
⦁ Monitor and analyse HR data including turnover rates, absence with recommendations for future action.
⦁ Ensure, that European HR Processes are implemented and followed on timely manner
⦁ Participate in global HR Projects (e.g. SAP S4 Hana or Software Implementation)
⦁ Managing performance management systems and provides- advice direction to Line Managers of appraisal, goal setting etc
⦁ Degree and/or appropriate qualification in the field of Human Resources Employee Relations or comparable.
⦁ Solid proven experience in HR management and processes in Europe, ideally in technological or sales companies environment
⦁ Project leadership experience is a big advantage and strong stakeholder management.
⦁ Proven knowledge of Polish labour law, as well as Comp & Ben systems
⦁ Experience of organisational design set ups and development is a big advantage
⦁ Proven track of reporting systems for higher managers and local HR market analysis.
⦁ Proven intercultural and social competence, strong communicator and negotiation skills.
⦁ Assertiveness and negotiation skills
⦁ Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and the management team
⦁ Flexibility, openness to change, self-motivated
⦁ Able to work in fast growing environment and adopt to continuous changes
⦁ Supportive and sensitive approach (taking decisions and giving advice independently, takes initiative)
⦁ Good systems knowledge like: SAP, Success Factors is a strong asset
