We are looking for an organized, efficient Operations Specialist. This is an operational role for the person that is looking for a long-term opportunity in the growing business with circa 70 staff in Wrocław and impressive plans for the future.
English - B2/C1 level
Be fully independent and self-learning
Knowledge of ERP systems on the user level
Knowledge of logistics, invoicing, warehousing, and order processing
Excellent operator’s knowledge of PC – MS Windows, MS Office, Internet, etc.
Operations Coordinator is mainly responsible for:
Creating sales orders, purchase orders, printing out packing slips, packing/shipping goods, and daily logistics organization
Sending/issuing invoices and credit notes for spare parts and products
Receiving parts and products in the warehouse
Maintaining Warehouses and databases - fully responsible for the inventories
Maintaining Customer database
Communicating daily with sales and technical department, clarifying technical specifications and order details
Scheduling and shipping products based on customer requests
Communicating with HQ and/or other subsidiaries
Cooperation with the accounting department
Placing orders to HQ and external Supplier based on orders received
Organizing transports by courier/trucks/taxi
Participating in the daily administration
Other duties and requests from the direct Manager and/or General Director of the Company to support the Company`s business
Caring for a positive image of the company
Full responsibility for the duties performed
Product/purpose of the position
High level of customer service and order fulfillment
Correctly and on time delivered goods according to customer orders
Sufficient Pipeline of incoming goods to satisfy customer delivery time requests
Correct and on-time given reports to the supervisor
Up-to-date and complete records in the ERP system
Warehouse and ERP in line
Realization of the company's goals - increased sales and market share, extraordinary engagement in customer care, full-service support to minimize response time
Initiative to improve procedures (or change them) to work more effectively in terms of looking at the whole company according to the above objectives
