For our prestigious client leader in forest industry we are looking for Order Processing Specialist.

In this role you will handle order fulfilment tasks with full responsibility of giving the promise internally and externally. You will be part of a diverse team of professionals driving Supply Chain to be a professional and efficient organization.

What you'll do

• You ensure perfect order fulfillment
• You determine product availability
• You are responsible for the order confirmation process, including the validation of order details
• You do order completion follow-up & corrective actions
• You work pro-actively in deviation and exception reporting
• You act as a link between Customer Service, Inhouse Sales, Order Management, Production Planning, Logistics Distribution and Inventory Management

Who you are

• You have at least 1-2 years business experience in order processing
• You are fluent in English, other languages like German, French, Spanish, Italian are seen as an asset
• You have basic knowledge in logistics
• You are a team player that likes to work in a team environment, but you're also able to work independently
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
• You have a Customer - and solution-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of SAP is a benefit (preferably SD module)
