About my client:
My client is employing around 8000 people worldwide and 850 in Poland with three production plants providing goods to both the retail and foodservice sectors. We are recruiting for the new SSC in Wroclaw with plans to grow to 150 FTEs in the next few years establishing the European Finance Business Centre.

Location: Wroclaw
Working mode: Hybrid (2/3 days a week from the office)

About the role:
The most important aspect of PMO is to ensure effective project governance, streamline project processes, and support project delivery to meet organizational objectives. PMO acts as a central hub for project-related information, facilitates communication between stakeholders, and provides valuable insights to support decision-making. Additionally, PMO plays a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, monitoring project progress, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and improvement of project management standards and procedures across the SSC.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage project repositories, documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper information flow.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Maintain and update project management systems, analyze project progress, and report on project data.
  • Support project planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes, including risk analysis and change management.
  • Provide support in creating presentations and reports for management and preparing project data analysis and presentations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business administration).
  • Experience in project management or working in a PMO, preferably in a financial or SSC environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile) and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, goal-oriented, and effective in action.
  • Proficiency in English.
