Currently, for our Client based in the United Kingdom, we are seeking a Product Designer with a strong sense of systematic design to join the Product/UI team.

As a Product Designer, you will have a decisive impact on shaping the visual language of our Client's products in alignment with the organization's brand, while ensuring a consistent and appealing user experience.

The ideal Candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive design systems and should possess around 3 years of experience in UI design. We are looking for someone who is independent and highly motivated.

Key responsibilities
UI design and development of the design system - Your primary task will involve continuous development and improvement of the design system.
Defining, creating, and maintaining reusable modular design components, visual styles, interaction patterns, and documentation - These elements should be designed with scalability and reusability in mind, adapting to various projects over time.
In addition to working on the design system, you will also be involved in creating new user interface patterns, sketches, and prototypes. Your designs should reflect and promote usability and accessibility, setting standards for best practices within the organization.

Qualifications and experience
English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.
Bachelor's degree in design, digital product design, or a related field.
At least 3 years of documented experience in Product/UI design.
Strong portfolio showcasing work with design systems (must have).
Familiarity with the latest trends, techniques, and UI technologies.
Experience in designing software for B2B enterprises with substantial data in regulated industries such as FinTech or insurance.

Preferred skills
Excellent visual design skills, with an understanding of best interaction design principles.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, etc.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology.
Familiarity with tools like design tokens in Supernova, Knapsack, Style Library, etc. would be an additional asset.
