They have a fully integrated cloud-based platform. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who looking for a new challenge to develop skills in the Billing&Finance department. Responsibilities:
- Consultancy for the delivery teams in Billing and Finance products
- Understanding all the key client requirements impacting the Billing and Finance of the product and bringing this together where is required
- Managing multiple BA requirements to bring together a product solution
- Understanding regulatory impacts within your product area and ensuring these are met by the product solution
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Take the lead of Core Policy scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Planning and prioritizing
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirements
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes
- Work closely with Management
- Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience in a Product Owners role
- Completed higher education (IT/Finance field)
- Good understanding of the Agile software delivery process (SCRUM/ Kanban)
- Communicative knowledge of English (B2/C1 level)
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Good understanding of technical requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to share knowledge with colleagues
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance/broker accounting, merchant services, premium finance, BACS processing, OpenBanking, etc.
