HR GO Recruitment is recruiting for our global American client a provider of ERP systems for food, retail, finance, healthcare, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies. Our client has their operation worldwide and employing over 3500 people. We are looking for a Recruiter (12 months initial contract) to join building a new Share Service Center in Wroclaw. We are looking for a specialist, who has a customer-centric mindset, is highly motivated, and is interested in recruiting best talent across Finance functions.

Location: Business Garden, Wrocław
Working Mode: Hybrid
Duration: 12 months with option for extension/perm contract

You will be responsible for: 
​​​​​​

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for Finance Corporate roles across Poland and EU
• Preparing candidates recommendations and submitting them to Hiring Managers
• Proposing additional solutions for candidate attraction
• Updating and maintaining ATS
• Continuously maintaining an attractive network/pipeline of potential candidates
• Building and maintaining trustworthy, long term relationships with both Hiring Managers and Candidates
• Execute candidate centric process methodology among in order to deliver highest level of professional service

Job Requirements:

• ​​​​​​Fluency in English language min. B1/B2 level
• Fluency in German language  min. B1/B2 level
• Min. 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment ideally for finance roles
• Ability to analyze and evaluate job descriptions and data needed to determine courses of action
• Ability to build sourcing strategies and use various methods of recruitment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency with Excel and ATS systems
