They are currently looking for a Sales Manager with a keen interest in technology sales and the CX/UX/CRO space. Initially, it is a self-managed role with the potential to build your own sales team.
As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing Eclipse's revenues by generating new leads and converting them into paying customers. You will work closely with the Growth Director and Marketing Manager to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Make calls to qualified and cold contacts to share Eclipse's value proposition.
Build rapport with potential customers and cultivate relationships with them.
Design and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Conduct research on the market and potential clients.
Produce sales presentations, proposals, and decks.
Participate in pitches and meetings.
Negotiate deals and contracts.
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
2+ years of experience in sales in the customer experience and technology industry.
A keen interest in technology sales and the CX/UX/CRO space.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A drive to win business.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with modern sales and CRM software is preferable.
