  About the role  
We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP PP / QM Team Lead to join the dynamic organization at the next possible date at the site in Wroclaw, Poland. You will lead a global team of SAP experts responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of SAP PP, QM (Quality Management). You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring seamless integration across these functional areas.

  What you will do  

• Lead and manage a team of SAP PP/QM specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team success
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the SAP PP and QM modules, aligning them with the company's business processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with the business stakeholders, including production, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Ensure smooth production planning, scheduling, and execution processes to meet production and quality assurance targets while optimizing resources and minimizing costs
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead the design and implementation of SAP system enhancements to drive operational efficiency
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the integrity and reliability of SAP PP/QM data and processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and SAP technology trends and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and quality
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to key users and team members, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the SAP PP/QM functionalities

  Who you are  

• University degree in information technology, engineering, or a related technical field
• A minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience working with SAP PP and QM modules, with a proven track record of successful project implementations
• Prior experience in a leadership or team management role, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward common goals
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality management processes in a manufacturing environment, ideally gained in the chemical or automotive industries
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues, providing effective solutions within the SAP system
• Solid understanding of integration points between SAP PP/QM and other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and FI/CO; experience in process industry (PP-PI) environments is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Familiarity with project management standards, including an agile approach
• Fluent in written and spoken English
