Senior Software Development Test Engineer (SDK - Unity/XR)

Location: Wrocław, Warszawa, Białystok

As a start-up company, one of our clients has developed a virtual computing interface system. This system is designed to continuously combine the physical and digital worlds. All of which is done through computer-generated 3D imagery.
Retail, Health care, entertainment businesses, and sports are all fields which our company sees in the USA.
The obvious contribution to the design and development of our client's system, created by you, helps in advancing MR/AR/VR technologies. Soon, millions of people worldwide will use and benefit from these technologies.

Technology Stack: C# - Unity XR - Modernsource control systems (Git/Subversion/Perforce) - Scripting knowledge of Python/Powershell/Shell - 3D computer graphics/AR/VR

Required experience:

• 3 years experience in QA / Automation related testing and hands-on development in C# in a production environment, specifically with Unity Game Engine
• Strong code analysis, investigatory and debugging skills
• Experience creating custom tools to facilitate game and app development
• Knowledge of the test-driven development cycle
• Operating system-level APIs, and testing SDKs and applications on embedded devices/systems
• Detailed understanding of all test fundamentals, test management tools, and defect tracking tools
• Experience with Unity XR mobile software development with AR Foundation

Nice to have:

• Understanding of game engine architecture
• Experience with audio and video capture, transcoding, and playback
• Experience designing and implementing User Interfaces
• High-level communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with 3D computer graphics/AR/VR
• Experience in implementing networked multiplayer games
• Knowledge of render pipelines, camera control, and lighting
